No one can compete with the likes of $11 million-in-debt New Jersey H'Wife Teresa Giudice and her money-hemorrhaging hubby Joe, but Real Housewife of Atlanta Sheree Whitfield landed the Number 5 spot on E!'s Top 5 Real Housewife Real Estate Woes.


Andy Cohen failed to keep the Real Housewives immune from getting totally slammed by the real estate market post-recession. While Sheree is getting sued for cash left and right by the likes of her private detective and her divorce attorney, not to mention getting her shiny new Aston Martin seized to pay for said lawsuits, her home being foreclosed isn't entirely her fault. It was actually her now ex-husband Bob who lost the pricey pad to the bank, and they dropped the asking price by a staggering $1 million to get rid of it.


Sorry, Sheree. If it's any consolation, this seems better than landing on a worst dressed list, right?

Peggy Tanous: Alexis and I Aren’t Close Anymore

When Peggy Tanous first joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County for season 6 (the Bravo show’s finale is on June 5 at 10 p.m. ET), Alexis Bellino was her closest friend. But as viewers have seen throughout the season, they’re no longer scheduling regular playdates with their kids.


"We’ve gone on different paths in our lives," says Tanous, who watched Bellino poke fun at her breast implants during one episode that still makes her bristle. "She’s in her early 30s and I’m in my early 40s and that’s a big difference. I miss the friendship that we did have but I also know that people come in your lives for a reason, a season or a lifetime and if you’re not moving in the same direction, you part your ways. I don’t have any animosity towards her."


Yet sparks will fly between Tanous and Bellino on the explosive two-part Real Housewives of O.C. reunion show (which begins airing June 12), when Tanous asks her former friend if Alexis’ husband Jim ever told her that they once dated.

Peggy Tanous Faces Foreclosure on $1.3m Mansion

On her hit reality show, Peggy Tanous seems to have it all and is described as a 'wealthy Orange County party girl'.


But the stay at home mother-of-two is facing losing her million dollar home to foreclosure.


The Real Housewives of Orange County star is in dispute with three banks to try and keep her $1.3million home in Irvine, California.


BAC Home Loans Servicing, U.S. Bank National and PNC Mortgage are trying bring the home into foreclosure and have Tanous and her family removed - but the former model has hit back with a lawsuit.


Tanous, 41, is claiming that the banks did not honour a loan modification agreement she says she had with them.


She and her internet entrepreneur husband Micah made payments on time for two years after buying the property in 2006.


But they started to experience financial trouble and fell behind on their payments.


According to court records, they have two mortgages - one for $1million and a second for $312,540.


The monthly checks to make payment on the loans became scarce and they are also accused of a lax in their Orange County property taxes. But the couple have now negotiated a payment plan they are sticking by.


Tanous claims, in her lawsuit, that she made a similar payment plan with the banks.


She claims she had a deal with them to pay interest only for 10 years but was astonished in November when the banks filed a foreclosure notice.


Her lawsuit reads: 'Tanous is determined to keep the property. It is her family's home, and she does not want to lose the Property in a foreclosure sale'.

Alexis Bellino's Breakdown At Peggy's Dinner Was Pathetic

I'm not normally in the business of coming down hard on a 'housewife', but sometimes you're just left with no choice. And last night was one of them.

Last time I checked Alexis Bellino was a grown-ass woman and while I'm sure that all of the Housewives have at one point or another played it up for the cameras, last night's display by Alexis was just beyond pathetic. To think too, she's the one responsible for bringing Peggy Tanous to RHOOC, they were pals before the show. So to pull that extremely-hard-to-watch, "Woe is me, I can't go anywhere without my husband" act at her friend's house was appalling. Any wonder, word has it Peggy and Alexis aren't BFF's anymore? Who would want to stay friends with such a selfish, attention-starved bitch like Alexis? I was pissed off watching it, so I can imagine how Peggy felt being there.

I'll give Gretchen a pass for leaving the table to go and "console" Alexis, because I think Gretchen was looking for any excuse to get away from Tamra and Vicki after they were making fun of Slade. But really now Alexis Bellino needs her card pulled for going above and beyond the lame meter last night.

The 41-year old former model and now stay-at-home mom is a mix between a holistic, new age woman and a wealthy Orange County party girl. Along with bonding with her new OC gal-pals, Peggy will shine a light about her struggles with postpartum depression. The mom-of-two opened up to Celebrity Baby Scoop about her daughters - London, 3 1/2, and Capri, 21 months - whom she would "love to do some modeling," how she beat PPD, and what to expect from her role on Housewives.


CBS: Tell us about your role on The Real Housewives of Orange County. What can we expect from you on the show?


PT: "I'm a wife and stay-at-home mother of two, so I guess you can say I'm an actual housewife [laughs]! Before my babies, I was a full time TV host, spokesperson and model. You can expect to see me this season with my family a lot and getting back into my work. You will also see Tamra and I becoming great friends."


CBS: You are a former model and now stay-at-home mother of two. What is more challenging - being a mom or a model?


PT: "Being a stay-at-home mom is way more challenging than being a model. I think being a mom is a tougher job than any 9-5 job!"


CBS: You struggle with postpartum depression. Please tell us your experiences with PPD. How do you get through each day? What seems to help? Please tell us why you have chosen to publicly discuss your battle with PPD.


PT: "I had PPD really bad after I had my first daughter London, but didn't realize I had it and was in denial. Then my husband and his mother did an intervention. I started taking a natural supplement called SAMe that really helped. I knew I wanted two kids, but was afraid to have another one. We decided to try and figured it might take awhile. I got pregnant right away, but luckily was able to take the natural remedies throughout the pregnancy. I still had bad days, but when Capri was born it was a totally different feeling. I wasn't scared or fearful, rather happy and nurturing.


Talking about it helps and exercise also really helps. I try to take a lot of walks. I wanted to be open about my PPD on the show, as this show is centered mostly around drama and if I'm able to help people with what I dealt with I feel it makes it all worth it."


CBS: We hear you love holistic living, but you also love plastic surgery. Do you struggle with this dichotomy? Please tell us what work you have had done.


PT: "I don't love plastic surgery. A better way to say it is that I'm not opposed to plastic surgery if it makes you feel good about yourself. Holistic in my eyes is spelled with a 'W' meaning whole! Inside and outside my body. I put in holistic remedies and organic food, but I also do upkeep on the outside.


As far as actual plastic surgery, I've only had my boobs done. Plastic surgery is when they physically cut you. Now as far as other beauty regiments, I do Botox and have had my top lip injected with filler - That is it! I've had people ask about my chin and cheeks, but I'm very blessed to have my grandmas Danish bone structure."

Peggy Tanous' Portpartum Confession: I Thought of Grabbing the Gun

Just when you thought The Real Housewives of Orange County was only good for drama-fueled catfights, it's newest castmember, Peggy Tanous, is about to shed light on a very serious issue.


On this Sunday's episode, the former model reveals a three-year battle with postpartum depression that got so bad she contemplated suicide...


"I [felt] so lost and depressed and overwhelmed that I had a thought of going upstairs and grabbing the gun," Tanous exclusively told us when we chatted with her earlier today.


"There were days when I would wake up and I just didn't want to get out of bed...Thank god there were never thoughts of me wanting to harm my children...That was never, ever the case for me, thank god! But it was more just harming myself or running away. Like I had thoughts, I'm going to get the car today and just drive off and never come back."


The 41-year-old mama of two says through the help of holistic supplements, she was able to gain control of her depression.


"I'm in a much better place now," she says, "and feel almost pretty much back to normal. I have some bad day,s but for the most part I feel pretty much back to normal...It's an ongoing struggle."

The Real Housewives of Orange County have a new blonde in town!


Stay-at-home mom of two Peggy Tanous is set to join the cast of the smash Bravo reality series, UsMagazine.com can exclusively reveal.


The 41-year-old Tanous, a former swimsuit model and TV host, says she's ready to bring the drama for season 6.


"People call me 'Feisty Peggy' and I can definitely be feisty! I'm an Aries [with a] very strong personality. Friends say I'm the life of the party," Tanous, who joined the cast at the urging of fellow Housewives star Alexis Bellino, tells Us.


"When Alexis got on the show, we saw her, and my husband said, 'Maybe this is something you should try because you've already been in the industry your whole life, and I feel like this could be something really good for you,'" says Tanous, adding that the series provided an outlet for her to overcome the postpartum depression she battled after the birth of daughters London, 3, and Capri, 1 1/2.


"It was kind of a perfect way for me to kind of get me back in the swing of things but not take me away from my family too much."


And Tanous tells Us not to expect any table-flipping antics in her early episodes.


"I didn't clash with anyone! I got along with everyone," she insists. "Tamara [Barney] and I hit it off the most. She's got a daughter a couple years older than London and our personalities are alike. She's really funny and she jokes around a lot and so do I."


As for Tanous' first impressions of lively Vicki Gunvalson?


"Vicki and I are both Aries! So when I met her, I was like 'You have got to be great because you're an Aries, because I'm an Aries and I'm great!'" Tanous jokes. "We had a whole Aries vibe going."


The Real Housewives of Orange County premieres March 6 on Bravo.

Well if she really gets along with "everyone" (esp. Vicki) than I don't see how she's gonna stand out and make an impression on anyone.

Gretchen Rossi Served With Lawsuit At 'Housewives' Party

More than dinner was served when Gretchen Rossi got together for a meal with her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars last Saturday night.


As soon as Rossi arrived at the party she was served - with a lawsuit, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.


The suit was filed by her ex boyfriend Jay Photoglou and a source familiar with the situation said Rossi's attorneys refused to accept service, leading Jay to have Gretchen served publicly.


It happened at the home of Peggy Tanous, the new Orange County cast member. Stars from Bravo's reality series got together at Tanous' home for a dinner, that was taped by the network.


"Gretchen pulled up in her car and as soon as she got out she was served with the legal papers," a source told RadarOnline.com. "She turned away and acted as if she was going to try to avoid being served. But there were two people there to serve her and she had no choice. She finally just accepted service."


Photoglou is suing Rossi for libel, slander and five other counts. The suit was originally filed in Los Angeles but for procedural reasons he needed to re-file it in Orange County.

Producers have inked a deal for the attractive blonde and her Internet entrepreneur husband Micah Tanous to join the existing cast, and we've learned that the husband and wife have already filmed some scenes for the new series.

Peggy Tanous is a friend of current OC housewife Alexis Bellino, and insiders have told RadarOnline.com that she’s "truthful and blunt – who always tell it the way it is."

The new additions have already appeared in previous episodes of the popular reality TV show and producers are hoping that they prove to be popular with viewers.

RadarOnline.com has also learned that Simon Barney, estranged husband of Tamra Barney, will not be appearing in the new series.

But her new boyfriend, Eddie Judge, will be making some on-screen appearances in the new series because he has proved very easy to work with in the past.

A "friend of Alexis"??? Oh boy, Vicki better watch her back. Good to know that Tamra has a new boyfriend tho, about time she got rid of that evil, controlling Simon.
